Shwabz KwaSintu Is a family run African Curio shop that prides itself in producing the finest beadwork collections and artefacts.
The name Shwabz KwaSintu was inspired by Amahlubi tribe which comprises the name MASHWABADA “AbaShwabadela inkomo neempondo zayo” That is where the name Shwabz was birthed.
We produce classic high quality loose leaf teas which are herbaceous and smooth. They will leave you feeling more relaxed with their earthiness taste.
“Imithombo” & Beadworkshops
We supply sorghum- popularly known as “imithombo” to make African beer-umqombothi to wholesale and the public, which is used throughout Africa for weddings and cultural ceremonies.
Our Bead-workshops cater to all age groups and has allowed many to go on and confidently pursue their own business ventures or just dabble in the fun as an extra skill/ hobby. They have also proven to be very popular with various companies as team building methods.
Traditional Song & Dance Group
Shwabz KwaSintu Traditional Song and dance group adds a sense of Ubuntu (which by its very nature, nurtures the idea of Ubuntu – a South African concept that refers to sharing and relationships in community-adding character and a taste of Africa to your event where our performers dress in authentic African costumes.
Our products are all handmade with love and are inspired by our beautiful unique African cultures. We find pride in producing modern artefacts that add an elegant touch of Africa to your home.
