Refund and Returns:

While we hope you will love all your purchases from Shwabz KwaSintu-  In the rare event that there is a fault with your item, please contact us via email on info@shwabzkwasintu.co.za with “item return” in the subject line before returning it, so that we can give you instructions on how to label the item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. No claims will be recognized unless made within 7 days of delivery. A 15% handling fee will be charged on all returns. We will issue a credit note valid for 6 months. Strictly no cash refunds. We are only able to offer returns on faulty or incorrectly sized items (sized items refer to “special” requests and “personalised” orders where measurements were discussed and emailed according to our size template which will be sent to you prior).

Disclaimer: Colour of the beads

Please be assured that the colours displayed are very true to life, however we while we have tried to be as accurate as possible in our description and to show the correct colour there may be variations- different compute/mobile screens will also show slightly different colours. The colour of the bead used in our product may differ slightly from the colour shown on the images, the colour may also differ from batch to batch due to the beads being purchased from different suppliers depending on availability, Shwabz KwaSintu will not accept any responsibility for slight variations in the beadwork colours for any of the products we supply. Please remember that all items on our website which include but not limited to beanies (izankwana), beaded blankets, scatter cushions etc. are handmade and there will always be imperfections such as the nature of all handmade items.

How we differentiate colours:

  1. African/Opaque colours: Basic colour beads that do not have a shine
  2. Glitter/Shiny beads: Glass beads that have a metallic shine / are glossy/ metallic/shimmer/polished/ translucent etc.

Warranty:

We have a warranty a 12-month warranty on all our bead wear and products, should anything happen we will repair the item – The only exception is where an item has clearly been mistreated, such as being left in bright sunlight for more than a week, having contact with water, damaging chemicals, or trodden on.

Shipping:

Delivery policy:  Upon receipt of payment, receipt acknowledgements will be processed within 7 days and confirmed by way of email.

Shipping takes 1-3 days however please allow up to 7 working days.

We will send your tracking number when your order has been shipped.

While we try to keep most items in stock, sometimes we are still making to order.

If you’re ordering a gift, or you have some other time constraint, please add a note when you place your order.

We do allow international shipments however they will need to be processed via the order form or alternatively through info@shwabzkwasintu.co.za

Before you place an order from an international destination please read the below carefully:

When you place an order on this website and check out there is no payment due, it is only an order form- on receipt of your order we will quote shipping costs and lead time and you can confirm or cancel the order. We cannot and are unable to quote shipping costs and lead time until we have your order.

Insurance on all courier/ shipping/ transport:

All shipping quotes exclude insurance. Unless the buyer specifically requests an insurance quote. If you would like your goods to be insured for theft in transit, breakage, riots etc., kindly request this in an email and make sure it is included on your invoice as an additional insurance cost. In the event that no insurance fee is included and paid for on the invoice, Shwabz KwaSintu will accept no liability whatsoever for the loss or damage to your goods once they leave our premises.

Local & International shipping:

There may be unforeseen delays with manufacturing or with shippers which are totally out of our control, we will not accept any liability for late deliveries. While we strive our best to deliver on time, every time, unforeseen problems do occasionally occur resulting in delayed delivery.
